United Way Regina’s senior leadership team works closely with the Board of Directors, committees and regional councils to manage the day-to-day operations. Collectively, they spearhead our organization-wide strategy to deliver 100% local impact through engagement and connection to local professionals and business leaders in surrounding communities to find ways to bring more resources and support.

Our leadership team is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with our stakeholders, which includes donors, investors, sponsors, volunteers, employees and consultants.
